Refund Policy

Our SSAT, ISEE, and HSPT prep memberships are digital products with immediate access to lessons, quizzes, tests, and AI-supported tools.

Try the platform with confidence. First-time paid memberships are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After that, you may cancel anytime to stop future billing.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of the initial paid membership purchase only. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable.

Refunds do not apply to renewals, upgrades, downgrades, or accounts that have made substantial use of premium content.

You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation does not refund charges already processed.
